2.Types of information we collect

A cookie is a small data text file which is stored on your computer that uniquely identifies your browser.

Information such as your real name or ZIP code is required as part of our subscription sign up process, for billing purposes and to determine whether or not we need to charge you with sales tax. Your subscriptions, phone number, email address, Geolocation, IP address allows us to fulfill customer orders, provide customer service, perform business and sales analysis.

Signally strives to comply with all applicable laws around the globe that are designed to protect your privacy. Although legal requirements may vary from country to country, Signally intends to adhere to the principles set forth in this Privacy Policy even if, in connection with the above, we transfer your Personal Information from your country to countries that may not require an "adequate" level of protection for your Personal Information. 3.Realease of information

We will not sell, trade, share or rent your PII, including your Personal Data, to others. We do provide some of our product and service offerings through contractual arrangements made with affiliates, service providers, partners and other third parties (“Service Partners”). Signally may also control and process some limited Personal Data for direct marketing purposes and you have a right to access, update, delete, correct or port your Personal Data, or to remove your consent or object to Signally’s use of your Personal Data for this purpose at any time. Subject to General Data Protection Regulation, you may also have the right to (i) restrict Signally’s use of your Personal Data and (ii) lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
