Signally App SRL (referred to as “Signally”, “Company”, “us” or “we”) recognizes that your privacy is important. This Privacy & Cookies Policy (referred to as the “Policy”) discloses the privacy practices for the Company’s family of websites and mobile applications, as well as related products and services we may offer to you (collectively referred to as the “Services”).This Policy also covers how personal and other information that we receive or collect about you is treated. Please read the information below to learn the following regarding your use of this site and/or mobile application.

You acknowledge that this Policy is designed to be read in connection with the Site’s/Mobile application’s Terms and Conditions of Use, which is available at Terms of Service , and that by accessing or using our Site/Mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, as well as this Policy.

We reserve the right to change this Policy from time to time. 2.Types of information we collect

In order to better provide you with better news and information regarding the stock market, stock trading, various exchanges, and other information reasonably related to the use of this website/mobile application, we collect two types of information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”), which includes Personal Data, and Aggregate Information.

Personally Identifiable Information:

This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on this Site/Mobile application, such as registering for an account, purchasing a service, submitting content and/or posting content in the user forums, or sending us feedback, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself.

IP address: We use IP addresses for security and anti-fraud purposes including to identify bots and other malicious activities that threaten our ability to provide our service to you.

Cookies: Depending on how you use our Site, we may store cookies on your computer in order to collect certain aggregate data about our users and to customize certain aspects of your specific user experience. A cookie is a small data text file which is stored on your computer that uniquely identifies your browser.

Information such as your real name or ZIP code is required as part of our subscription sign up process, for billing purposes and to determine whether or not we need to charge you with sales tax. Your subscriptions, phone number, email address, Geolocation, IP address allows us to fulfill customer orders, provide customer service, perform business and sales analysis.

Signally strives to comply with all applicable laws around the globe that are designed to protect your privacy. Although legal requirements may vary from country to country, Signally intends to adhere to the principles set forth in this Privacy Policy even if, in connection with the above, we transfer your Personal Information from your country to countries that may not require an "adequate" level of protection for your Personal Information. In other words, our goal is to provide protection for your Personal Information no matter where that Personal Information is collected, transferred, or retained. Finally, we may disclose your Personal Information or any information you uploaded via the Site and its services (including via your Signally email account) if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

3.Realease of information

We will not sell, trade, share or rent your PII, including your Personal Data, to others. We do provide some of our product and service offerings through contractual arrangements made with affiliates, service providers, partners and other third parties (“Service Partners”). We, and our Service Partners, may need to use some PII in order to perform tasks between our respective sites or to deliver products or services to you. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for products and services purchased on this Site; and provide order information to third parties that help us provide customer service.

Signally is primarily the processor of your Personal Data. International Data Transfer. Information, including Personal Data that we collect from you, may be transferred to, stored at and processed by us and other third parties in a country outside the EEA, including, but not limited to Romania, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. By using this Site/Mobile application, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy and the General Data Protection Regulations and other applicable laws.

Individuals located in certain countries, including the EEA, have certain statutory rights in relation to their Personal Data. To the extent that Signally processing of your Personal Data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation or other applicable law, Signally relies on our own legitimate interests to process your Personal Data.

Signally may also control and process some limited Personal Data for direct marketing purposes and you have a right to access, update, delete, correct or port your Personal Data, or to remove your consent or object to Signally’s use of your Personal Data for this purpose at any time. Subject to General Data Protection Regulation, you may also have the right to (i) restrict Signally’s use of your Personal Data and (ii) lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
